Authority Administration and Officials
The members of the HCWSA board of directors are appointed by the Henry County Board of Commissioners typically for two-year terms of office. The Authority Act, which established the HCWSA, requires one member of the Authority to be appointed from each commission district in the County. The Authority holds regular meetings on a semi-monthly basis, currently scheduled on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, at 9:00 a.m. at the Authority headquarters boardroom.
