Authority Administration and Officials
The members of the HCWSA board of directors are appointed by the Henry County Board of Commissioners. The Authority Act, which established the HCWSA, requires one member of the Authority to be appointed from each commission district in the County. The Authority holds regular meetings on a monthly basis, currently scheduled on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. – and additionally if necessary – at the HCWSA headquarters, located at 1695 Highway 20 West in McDonough.
The following board members, managers and consultants currently serve the HCWSA, providing leadership in the form of policy formation (board members), day to day decisions and operations (managers and staff), as well as consultation (legal counsel, engineers, public communication, etc.).
