Existing reservoirs:
The following acres are set aside at the Authority's respective reservoirs for protected green space.
- Upper Towaliga (Cole) Reservoir - 1,100 acres
- Lower Towaliga (Steel's Mill) Reservoir - 89 acres
- Long Branch Reservoir - 230 acres
- Gardner Reservoir - 210 acres
- Tussahaw Reservoir - 1,466 acres
Mitigation sites:
- Reservoir Buffer - 445 acres
- Wetlands - 1,336 acres
Mitigation Sites for Tussahaw Reservoir:
- Reservoir Buffer - 1,045 acres
- Wetlands - 639 acres
- Streams - 135,900 linear feet (301 acres)
Undeveloped Forest:
- Bear Creek, 560 acres
- Spray Irrigation Fields, within the land application system (LAS) for treated wastewater
