The Customer Service office, located in the HCWSA Administration Building at 1695 Hwy. 20 West, is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., each business day. HCWSA offers several options for payment of bills. Click here for payment methods.

Upon application for residential service, the HCWSA requires a $100 water deposit and, if applicable, a $100 sewer deposit from new customers. HCWSA will refund residential deposits once the customer has made 24 consecutive payments by the due dates, or when a final bill is requested and all charges are paid.
