Customer Service
The Customer Service office, located in the HCWSA Administration Building at 1695 Hwy. 20 West, is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., each business day. Payment of bills may be made by direct draft, mail, at the drive through window or at the Customer Service counter at the Administration Building. There is also an outside drop box there, where customers may leave their payment at any time during the day or evening.

Upon application for residential service, the HCWSA requires a $100 water deposit and, if applicable, a $100 sewer deposit from new customers. The Authority will waive the deposit requirement if the new customer provides proof of ownership of the property to which service is provided. The HCWSA refunds deposits when a final bill is requested and all charges are paid.
