Direct Draft
The easiest way to pay your water and sewer bill is by direct draft. Under this method, your regular monthly bill is mailed to your address and the amount due is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date. Direct draft can be started and stopped by the customer at any time. Simply call Customer Service at 770-957-6659, and they can get you started on direct draft, or they can end it at your request. Direct draft is the most efficient way for the customer to make payments and the most efficient way for the HCWSA to process them.
