Through proper drought management and long-range planning, the HCWSA was able to win its petition to the state EPD for more relaxed outdoor water use on behalf of customers. The Authority is fortunate to have roughly 18 billion gallons of raw water storage among its five reservoirs, including the newly filled Tussahaw (above).
