Welcome to all stakeholders with an interest in residential, commercial, or industrial developments in Henry County, Georgia (USA). This section has been created to assist developers, engineers, general contractors, and others, with obtaining a better understanding of the process for gaining access to water and/or sewer services of the Henry County Water & Sewerage Authority (HCWSA), for respective projects within our community.
The Process for obtaining water/sewer capacity
The Engineering Division assists local developers with the necessary process for obtaining water and/or sewer services via access to the HCWSA system for any type of new or existing residential, commercial, or industrial development within the Authority’s service area. Engineering staff also provides maps of infrastructure and systems by utilizing GIS technology, to assist local developers, as well as public information on capital projects and system improvements. The links on this page contain all applications, forms, specifications, etc. that developers need to complete the process.
