HCWSA reads and bills all water meters monthly.
I had a water leak. Why do I have to pay for this water?
There are significant costs in producing clean water and delivering it on a continuous basis to your home or business, therefore, any water that passes through your meter must be paid for.
My bill seems really high. What should I do?
Sometimes water use change depending on the season. For instance, in summer families start watering the yard, fill pools, pressure wash homes and driveways, have children return home from college, etc. During the winter months, out-of-town guests visit which may cause more water consumption than normal. If you cannot determine unusual water usage in your household, you may have a leak. Click here for more information on detecting a leak.

HCWSA does not charge a fee for use of a credit/debit card at this time.
All HCWSA customers are required to pay a deposit to set up service. Residential deposits are refundable after 24 months of good payment history. A good payment history is defined as no NSFs and no more than one penalty and no disconnects.
