Transferring Service
To transfer water and sewer (if applicable) service, you may call (770) 957-6659 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, PRIOR to the date requesting service.
Most applications can be completed over the phone. You are certainly welcome to come in person to our business office at 1695 Highway 20 West in McDonough and speak with a Customer Service Representative; however, it may be best to phone in first to find out if any additional documents are needed for verification of ID, such as social security number of account owner or tax ID.
Security deposits can be transferred from the previous account to a new account, providing all balances are paid. An additional deposit may be required depending on services provided.
