The HCWA offers its customers several methods for making payments for water and/or sewer services, so paying your water/sewer bill can be as convenient and efficient as possible.
Our various payment methods allow you to:
Pay by Automated Draft
Have your payment automatically debited from your checking or savings account each month. Click Here for an application, or call our Customer Service Department at 770-957-6659, to request an application to sign up for this service.
Click Here to register or sign in to access your account to pay by credit card (MasterCard/Visa or debit card). You must provide the account number found on the front of your bill to ensure accurate posting of your payment.
Pay by Phone
Call 404-341-9689 (or toll-free at 1-855-985-1136) to pay by credit card (MasterCard/Visa or debit card) over the phone. You must provide the account number found on the front of your bill to ensure accurate posting of your payment.
Pay by Mail (Check or Money Order)
Be sure to include the payment portion of your bill, which is the bottom part of the bill, and include your telephone number, with area code, on your check to ensure prompt and accurate posting of your payment. Place your check or money order and the payment portion of the bill in the return envelope provided.
Pay in Person
Be sure to bring your bill for prompt and accurate posting of your payment. Payments are accepted at the Main Office Customer Service counter, the Drive-thru Window, or the Night Depository. Please do NOT leave Cash payments in the Night Depository.
